FIDE-Generalversammlung: für immer Dvorkovich?

In der FIDE-Generalversammlung soll am Sonntag darüber abgestimmt werden, dass der FIDE-Präsident länger im Amt bleiben kann als zwei Wahlperioden (siehe unten, Annex 4.2). 21 kleine Verbände haben das beantragt. Der deutsche Verband, vertreten von Ingrid Lauterbach, wird dagegen stimmen.

FIDE could be on the verge of scrapping its presidential term limit and allowing Russian incumbent Arkady Dvorkovich to run for four more years in office.
